Conference Information

The Conference Committee is excited to announce the Council of State Science Supervisors 2025 Conference: Learning for Leading. Support. Empower. Partner.

The 2025 Conference Committee is sharing a high level draft agenda, hotel booking information, and conference registration link/fees to help members finalize their travel requests. A sample justification letter is available here

The 2025 CSSS Conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  All CSSS Conference meetings will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center - Philadelphia located at 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. The CSSS Conference begins Sunday evening, March 23, 2025, with a social reception and new member welcome, and the main conference and events will take place March 24 - 26, 2025. 

Information for booking NSTA 2025 Conference hotel rooms will be released in October 2024. The CSSS room block link for Per Diem rated $210 rooms near the convention center will be available for booking in October on a first come first serve basis. The designated conference hotel is the Downtown Philadelphia Marriott and the estimated room rate per night is $269.00 (estimated government taxes and fees = $32.02 plus convention/tourism fee = $1.54).

Member Registration (Early bird) by March 14, 2025: $350

Member Registration after March 14, 2025: $390

Registration for non-members (Invited): $400
